Backstage at the Gigglesnort |

A rare wide shot of the lobby set. Note the prop ( probably Dirty's Snouzooka ) on the floor behind the right side of the desk and the puppeteer's elbow sticking out from the left side of the desk. Set designer John Archer took my original rendering and added his tremendous talent to produce this atmospheric look. |

One of my great joys was to bring the puppets "out of the box," meaning out from the puppet stage and put them into the set with me. Here full-bodied Weird perches atop the couch for a little confab with the desk clerk. |
| This closer shot of the Gigglesnort elevator shows that Weird, the operator, did not feel the ride's path necessarily was vertical. Entering the Gigglesnort elevator was an adventure. |
